convenient city stay
helpful staff ample space convenient location
I found the location great, being close to the main train station and city center. The hotel staff seemed helpful with directions and local tips. The room provided ample space for luggage and moving around. i also made use of nearby parking.
The tv was small and offered a limited selection of channels.

The restaurant features a good variety of options, a REALLY well stocked bar, and cocktails. Breakfast includes many choices, setting you up for the day. Sanita was especially friendly.

I stayed here due to the close proximity to the station. The breakfast was substantial and had variety. The room had big beds and was very spacious. Staff was helpful.
I did not find conditioner or body moisturiser in the room.

Lizzie at reception was helpful and patient. The room was clean. The shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable. I would return without hesitation.

The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to many attractions. The breakfast selection offered a good variety, I found plenty of options.
My room was quite cold. I asked a staff member for assistance, but they never followed up. the shower lacked grips, I slipped. It felt unsafe.

clean room varied food helpful staff
the rooms were spacious and clean. food was excellent, with 24-hour pizza and sandwich options available, ensuring i never went hungry. the location is really close to the city center. staff members were helpful at all times.
the lift made some noise at night, i could hear it from my room.

hot food attentive staff excellent service
The breakfast buffet offered varied and plentiful options, including delicious hot food. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive. I also received excellent service from the front desk staff, both in the evening and morning.
The coffee machine and kettle were not near a plug socket, a minor inconvenience.
